How do we determine which tips to publish?
Here is a recent question from one of our customers.
I hope this helps to explain how we pick the tips for our e-newsletter.
Question: "Your recent tip on Windows® short-cut keys was useful. How do you determine which ones to publish?"
Answer: "In our visits with small businesses we often provide free recommendations, ideas, and tips.
We then take the most useful tips and publish them here in this monthly newsletter.
We hope you find them useful too!"

Getting website traffic with web page content
Search Engines, such as Google, like to read web pages.
The people that visit your website may not read all the text in your web pages, but Search Engines definitely do.
Adding informational text to your website enables search engines to better determine what is important about your business.
When adding text to your website, make sure you utilize the keywords that will help people find your site.
It's OK to repeat these important keywords a few times, especially in the headers of the web pages.
Here are some ideas how to generate good web page textual content...
- Get content from association or industry websites
- Summarize existing online articles
- Get content from government sources/websites
- Write your own content or hire a writer
- Live news feeds from other websites (RSS feeds)
- Content syndication sites
- Online articles (with permission)
- Blogs and message boards
* When necessary, make sure you obtain permission when using content from other websites.
